I can’t make the session, can I get a refund or reschedule my session?
For groups of 6 players or less, a refund or reschedule request will only be accepted with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your session start time. For groups of 7 players or more, a refund or reschedule request will only be accepted with at least 10 days’ notice prior to your session start date. Bookings made within 72 hours of the session date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What’s your capacity?
Each lane can fit up to 10 players.
London venue can accommodate 90 players per session.
Manchester can accommodate 50 players per session.

Do I need to arrive on time?
Yes, you won’t be able to join your session if you are more than 10 minutes late. We ask all players to arrive at least 10 minutes before your session’s start time.

What should I wear?
Players must wear closed-toe shoes (no flip flops).
Pro tip: flat shoes are best for throwing in.

Is the venue pet-friendly?
Sadly, all of our venues are strictly for humans only. No matter how heckin’ cute your doggo is!

Can we wear fancy dress?
Fancy dress is permitted. However, we ask you to keep in-mind our other guests, and if your costume is offensive or causes distress to other players, you’ll be asked to remove it.

Remember, there will be an axe throwing tournament on the day, so we are sure you won’t want your fancy dress hindering your performance!

Is axe throwing safe?
Sessions take place under highly controlled (but still fun) conditions. Axes are only ever thrown down empty, enclosed lanes under the watchful eye of an experienced instructor.
As a result of rigorous testing, our axes and flooring have both been designed to reduce any unwanted bounces. Safety is our highest priority, and we are continually reviewing and updating our practices to prevent any dangerous situations before they occur.

Is this for 18’s and over only?
The company do not allow anyone under the age of 18 years old to enter any of venues, and they also operate a Challenge 25 policy, so please bring ID.

If you are under the age of 18 or do not have an ID to confirm you are 18 years old or above, you will not be permitted entry to any of our facilities.
